Optiver Internship

Optiver recruits interns for software engineering, quant research, quant trading and FPGA roles from IITs. I had the opportunity to intern as a Quantitative Trader at Optiver's Amsterdam office during the summer of 2025.

Optiver is a global, technology-driven proprietary trading firm and market maker, founded in 1986, that improves financial markets by providing liquidity for various instruments like equities, derivatives, ETFs, and bonds, using its own capital with advanced tech, quantitative research, and a collaborative culture to create stable, efficient markets worldwide.

Jane Street SEE

The Jane Street SEE program is an early career program for second year students which I attended in December 2023. Jane Street collaborated with IIT Bombay, Delhi and Madras to host SEE : IIT Edition for select students in their Hong Kong office. This is what JS has to say about the program on their website: "Over the course of several days, students will meet Jane Street employees and learn how math and computer science have a real-world impact on the work we do. Participants will also gain a detailed look at the many different roles within our firm."
